So, Samurai Champloo. 17 eps in so far, and it's good times. Anime with wandering samurai, flying squirrels, and a hip-hop soundtrack that should be giving you Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai flashbacks (and if you haven't seen that, either, you should).

It also teaches you lessons:

1. It's bad to be a random bakufu flunky.
2. Your going to need an awesome soundtrack to win at life.
3. You must ph34r plucky and intrepid 15 y/o girls. With great ph34r. If manga and anime teach you nothing else, learn this lesson. (Hi Yuki!)

#3 amuses me, as by this law I should not still be talking to any of you. I suppose all of you (except Whir) were not yet properly versed in anime and manga when I was 15, and so, like fools, did not ph34r properly.

Oh, and you just lost world domination with the worst loss either of us has ever lost it with, kthxbye.

I'm not seeing this WD loss. Yeah, I should've put the period AFTER the parens, but that's not that bad.

And yeah, something like that. Though I was reading MT when you were 15, IIRC, so I don't entirely have that excuse. Maybe we were all just lulled into a false sense of security or something.

After watching this, I had to bring it to your attention. After all, a rabid squirrel union... fear.

ACK! They unionized! We're all doomed. Doomed I say!
