Vast, Vast Amusement

Everybody who reads this except Whir is probably a Tonto and can see it for themselves anyway, but I happen to think this is freaking hilarious. Absolutely hilarious. Go Blackadder.

is there any way for you to standardize it so your links will always open in new windows? I know you can do it manually ever time, but can you do it as a part of the template?

Actually, I don't think there's a way to do it in the HTML part. You might be able to do it with PHP or jscript though.
