Battletech, or Classic Battletech these days, is a futuristic wargame involving giant fusion-powered robots beating each other to scrap with Big Weapons.  This is the game that spawned, among other things, the Mechwarrior computer games.  The second of these games, in fact, is what drew me into the pencil and paper side.  Those of you who have played MW2 will remember the computer thing that held history and such on the Jade Falcon and Wolf Clans.  Well, I read through all that, was hooked, and now here I am, happily immersed in one of the greatest gaming universes I've ever seen.

Currently, I identify myself most strongly with Clan Snow Raven on the one hand, and a variety of Inner Sphere factions including both Comstar (because who doesn't like a militarized phone company?) and the Draconis Combine (because samurai are cool).  At some point, when content starts showing up, it'll mostly be involved with said factions.

Units
17th Raven Striker Cluster - A Snow Raven unit I came up with to test out my theories on mech and unit construction.  When I think of myself "in character" I'm usually part of the 17th.

5th Confederation Reserve Cavalry - A Capellan Confederation unit I put together to have a Liao unit, and to see what I could do with the random mech tables in Field Manual: Updates.

Mechs
Executioner SR - A re-worked Executioner from the 17th RSC project.

Fire Moth SR - A re-worked Fire Moth from the 17th RSC project.

Summoner SR - A re-worked Summoner from the 17th RSC project.

Viper SR - A re-worked Viper from the 17th RSC project.

Aerospace Fighters
SAG-1H1 Sagitta - My first design, the Sagitta is a Marian conventional fighter designed for ground support.

HTA-3H1 Hasta - A larger, more capable second-generation successor to the Sagitta.

Mechwarrior: Dark Age
Yup, I play Clickytech.  I have enormous problems with the storyline, and the gameplay is simplified, but despite itself, it's very fun and very addictive.  And you can play three games of it in a night. :)

The group that I'm in has come up with a set of campaign rules, battling for the fate of Prefecture X.  Here they are, along with the planetary descriptions.  Also, here is our working map of Prefecture X, and a zip file of worksheets.
