This is from the second greatest battle I ever had in MTW (read Aethelstan for the greatest).  I was the Byzantines, amphibiously invading Spain.  The 700 soldiers that started the battle were supposed to be more than a match for the 200-300 troops Spain originally had in the province.  Little did I know, Spain moved almost all his troops into the province, and I ended up facing more like 3000 Spanish.  Well, Alexius, his brother Andronicus, and the army of Byzantium fought like berserkers, charging uphill frontally into Spanish soldiers and routing and destroying them.  Almost all of my Byzantines died, including Andronicus, but Alexius and 12 Trebizond Archers managed to survive.
